Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between YD PrintPros Inc. (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) for the purpose of providing product quotes and facilitating refunds in the event of flawed products. By accepting a quote from the Company, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Color Matching Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Due to variations in equipment, calibration between monitors, inks, and other factors between color proofing and production press operations, a reasonable difference in color between proof and the final product is expected. For specific color matching, the Client must request this in writing before production. Absence of such a request negates refund eligibility for color.
2. Refunds and Reporting Flawed Products 2.1. Refunds or reprints will be considered only for products that are deemed flawed due to manufacturing defects, misprints, shortages, or deviations from the agreed-upon mockups and spec sheets approved by the Client. 2.2. 48-Hour Window: All flawed products, misprints, or order shortages must be reported to the Company within 48 hours of delivery/drop-off. After 48 hours, the order is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for a refund, reprint, or review. 2.3. To initiate a review request, the Client must provide photographic evidence of the flaw(s) within the 48-hour window, along with detailed information about the discrepancy. All items in question must remain unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Exclusions from Refunds 3.1. Refunds will not be granted in cases where the flaw is a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client during the ordering process. 3.2. Products will not be considered flawed if they match the specifications outlined in the approved artworks and mockups.
4. Client-Provided Clothing 4.1. Responsibility: The Company is not liable for any damage, alteration, or reaction occurring to client-provided materials during custom printing. Clients acknowledge the risk of material-specific reactions and assume all responsibility for the suitability and outcomes of their materials. 4.2. Refunds and Replacements: Damages or undesirable results from client-provided materials do not qualify for refunds or replacements. 4.3. Production Issues: YD PrintPros Inc. is not accountable for unforeseen issues like equipment malfunctions or unexpected material performance. No compensation will be provided for items damaged during productionprocesses.
5. Order Changes and Cancellation 5.1. Clients cannot cancel an order after printing has commenced or after blank garments have been ordered. 5.2. Changes to the order can be made before printing has taken place, but an artwork fee will be applied for redoing artwork or resetting production files.
6. Intellectual Property and Material Liability 6.1. The Client represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use any logos, fonts, designs, images, or any other material (collectively, “Materials”) provided to YD PrintPros Inc. for the purpose of fulfilling the Client’s order. 6.2. The Client assures the legality of provided materials for order fulfillment and will indemnify YD PrintPros Inc. against all related legal claims. The Client is responsible for securing necessary permissions for material use.
7. Governing Law 7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, disregarding conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement 8.1. This document constitutes the full agreement. The Client must review and approve all artwork before finalization. Failure to do so removes the Company’s responsibility for discrepancies.
